If you believe there is an issue with your order, Dasamco Printer invites you to visit our Returns & Exchanges center to submit a request.

We appreciate every customer and strive to ensure a smooth and positive experience with our software and support services. Many of our applications include a free trial so you can test essential features before making a purchase. These trial versions help you understand product functionality and avoid buying an item that does not meet your needs.

Because we offer this “try-before-you-buy” option, Dasamco Printer provides a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on qualifying purchases. Refunds can be issued within this timeframe under the acceptable situations listed below. Orders placed beyond the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation

You may cancel your Dasamco Printer subscription at any point. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds or credits for unused portions of subscription periods.

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party platform, cancellation may need to be performed directly through that service. Please sign in to your third-party account to disable auto-renewal or end your subscription. Billing information will also be provided by that provider.

Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted to refund@dasamcoprinter.com or through our website chat. Refunds, credits, or discounts are granted at our discretion and may vary based on each case. Approval of a refund on one occasion does not guarantee the same resolution in future situations.

Circumstances of No Refund

Dasamco Printer generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

Non-technical Circumstances
  • Failure to review product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.
  • Claims related to credit card fraud or unauthorized payments (these should be reported to your card issuer).
  • Delays in receiving license details caused by email delivery issues or system delays.
  • Purchasing the incorrect product and later buying the correct one elsewhere.
  • Differences in pricing between regions or third-party sellers.
  • Requests to refund only part of a bundled package (bundles can only be refunded as complete sets).
  • A change of mind after the purchase has been completed.
Technical Circumstances
  • Refusing to work with our technical support team to address or diagnose software problems.
  • Technical issues that occur after a software update and fall beyond the 14-day guarantee period.
Accepted Circumstances

A refund may be approved under our Money-Back Guarantee in the following situations:

Non-technical Circumstances
  • Accidental purchase of optional services such as Extended Download Service (EDS), Registration Backup Service (RBS), or Download Insurance Service. These fees can be refunded.
  • Accidentally buying the wrong software and immediately purchasing the correct program. The original order may be refunded.
  • Duplicate orders of the same or similar software. We may provide refunds or exchanges.
  • License information not received within 24 hours and no timely assistance from support. A refund may be issued if the product is no longer needed.
  • Technical issues requiring the customer to purchase another program elsewhere. Refunds or replacements may be offered.
Technical Problems

If the software encounters a significant technical issue that cannot be resolved within 30 days, a refund may be granted if the customer does not wish to wait for a fix, update, or upgrade.

Once a refund is issued, the associated license will be disabled.

For downloadable versions, the software must be uninstalled. For disc-based versions, the disc must be destroyed and the software removed from the device.

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment (credit card, bank account, or PayPal) within 48–72 hours, depending on banking schedules.
